Ingredients
– 6 old fashioned tomatoes
– 20 cl cream 35 % liquid
– 2 portions of Laughing Cow
– 4 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar
– 10 basil leaves
– salt / pepper
Preparation
- Mix the cream and The Laughing Cow, season and put the preparation in a siphon, keep in a cool place.
- Make the carpaccio by finely slicing the tomatoes and placing them evenly on the plates.
- Season the carpaccio with white balsamic vinegar and chopped basil.
- Place the Laughing Cow mousse on the tomatoes.
